Actor Tim Robbins turns 59 today and British singer-songwriter Shayne Ward, best known as the 2005 winner of the UK The X Factor, turns 33.

It was on this day in 1923 that the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio was founded in the United States, while actress, screenwriter and model Nikki Reed, then aged 24, married singer-songwriter Paul McDonald, then 27, in Malibu on this day in 2011.
