The last movie co-starring Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney, Girl Crazy, was released on this day in 1943, while on this day in 1981, jazz trumpeter Miles Davis tied the knot with Sounder actress Cicely Tyson at the home of actor Bill Cosby.
