On this day in 2005, singer Christina Aguilera, then 28, wed music executive Jordan Bratman, then 32, in California, while LA Law heart-throb Corbin Bernsen married actress Amanda Pays on this day in 1988.

Playbill reports that on this day in 1981, Katharine Hepburn made her last Broadway performance in the Ernest Thompson drama, The West Side Waltz, opposite Dorothy London. It ran for 126 performances at the Barrymore Theatre, the site reports.
