It was on this day in 2001 that actress Andie MacDowell, star of the hit movie  Four Weddings and a Funeral, married businessman Rhett Hartzog in North Carlina.

The Berlin hit, Take My Breath Away Don’t Like Monday, was at the top of the UK singles chart on this day in 1986. The song, written and produced by Giorgio Moroder for the film Top Gun, spent four weeks in the top spot. Just saying…
