Actor Tim Robbins turns 67 today and British singer-songwriter Shayne Ward, best known as the 2005 winner of the UK The X Factor, turns 41.
It was on this day in 2024 that English singer Liam Payne, formerly of hit boy band One Direction, died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aries, Argentina. He was 31. Payne initially auditioned for the UKTV series The X-Factor in 2008. Two years later, following a second audition, he was placed in a group with four other contestants to form One Direction.
